(a) Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)
* Application for financial assistance	90% within 60 calendar days from the date of acknowledging receipt of application with complete information^#	-	99.6%
* Review of financial assistance	If complete information is provided, within 10 weeks from the date of acknowledging receipt of application for review	-	100%
(b) Student Travel Subsidy (for FASP)	-	Within two months from the payment of the financial assistance under FASP starting from September with disbursement in one lump sum or by two instalments^	100%
(c) Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)	Within three weeks from the date of acknowledging receipt of application with complete information upon submission of application^#	-	100%

The subsidy will be disbursed either in one lump sum or by two instalments, depending on whether the institution can provide course details (e.g. venue for the study programme, term days) of and the allocation of hostels to the applicants before the start of the academic year.
