(a) Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)
* Application for financial assistance	90% within 60 days from the date of acknowledging receipt of application with complete information^#	-	99.0%

(b) Student Travel Subsidy (for FASP)	-	Within two months from the payment of the financial assistance under FASP starting from September with disbursement in one lump sum or by two instalments^	100%

The subsidy will be disbursed either in one lump sum or by two instalments, depending on whether the institution can provide course details (e.g. venue for the study programme, term days) of and the allocation of hostels to the applicants before the start of the academic year.
