Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
(1) Hold a recognized academic degree or professional qualification, and have at least 1 year of working experience; or
(2) HKDSE/Diploma Yi Ji graduate, and have at least 2 years of working experience; or
(3) Be a secondary school graduate and have at least 3 years of working experience

(1) Part I: 8 Basic Compulsory Modules (30 hrs per module) (a) Introduction to Management (b) The Economic Environment (c) Accounting for Managers (d) Operations Management (e) Organizational Behaviour (f) Business Law (g) Marketing (h) Information Technology (2) Part II: Select any 2 modules (30 hrs per module) (a) Human Resources Management (b) Change & Quality Management (c) Financial Management (3) Part III: 2 Compulsory Modules (30 hrs per module) (a) Business Strategy (b) Management Project

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) a recognized higher degree and at least 5 years working experience in registry or quality assurance gained in the tertiary education sector; (2) strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and (3) possess at least 5 years relevant experience in course management

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT & EXAMINATION (1) 30% Assessment, 70% Exam for the following: Operations Management, Financial Management (2) 40% Assessment, 60% Exam for the following: Introduction to Management, The Economic Environment, Organizational Behaviour, Business Law, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Change & Quality Management (3) 50% Assessment, 50% Exam for the following: Accounting for Managers, Information Technology, Business Strategy (4) 20% Proposal, 20% Interim Report, 60% Final Project for the following: Management Project (B) Completion Requirements: (1) pass mark of mother programme is 50% for each module (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) pass mark of mother programme is 50% for each module (2) ATTENDANCE: 70%
