Change of Information

Before applicants' full settlement of their loans, should there be subsequent changes in their following personal information, applicants should immediately notify the Student Finance Office (SFO) in writing by using the form ‘Notification of Change of Applicant’s Personal Particulars’ [ENLS 124] (Paper-base Application / Electronic Application). The form is available at the SFO and can be downloaded from the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency webpage.

For the changes of the personal and other information about the indemnifer, please inform the SFO in writing immediately.

Failure in timely provision of updated information to the SFO will cause delay in processing their application, making payment(s) to them, or will lead to additional loan being drawn down and extra interest accrued therefrom.
