Overview

The Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) provides means-tested financial assistance in form of grant and/or loan to eligible full-time students pursuing locally-accredited, self-financing post-secondary education programmes at the level of associate degree, higher diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Change of information

  • If there is change in the residential address, term-time address, contact telephone number or bank account for receipt of financial assistance, the applicant should notify the Student Finance Office (SFO) by using the form "Notification of Change of Personal Particulars" (FASP/C/1A) (Paper Form / Online Form).

  • If there is change in the course or institution of study, or the tuition fees payable, the applicant should notify the SFO by using the form "Notification of Change of Institution / Course Data" (FASP/C/1B) (Paper Form / Online Form).

  • If an applicant has deferred, suspended or withdrawn from study, or he/she has not completed the programme for any reasons, he/she should notify the SFO immediately in writing.
