Overview

The Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) is to complement the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) to provide loans to eligible students to settle tuition fees of locally-accredited, self-financing full-time programmes at the level of associate degree, higher diploma or degree.

Application Deadline

  • Continuing and new students should submit the application according to the respective recommended schedules -

Continuing Students Please refer to the recommended schedule to submit the application. Within seven calendar days from the date of submission of the application
New Students The recommended schedule applicable for new students would be announced later.

  • All applications for the 2024/25 academic year must be submitted to the Student Finance Office (SFO) on or before 31 March 2025.
  • For students pursuing newly-accredited programmes in the 2024/25 academic year, please submit the online application within one calendar month from the date of programme accreditation. Please approach the respective institutions for enquiry.
