Change User Profile

Step (1): Please log in to the “eWFSFAA”.

If you are using a desktop computer / notebook / tablet, please go to Step (2).

Step (2): Please click "User Profile" on the menu and then go to Step (3).

If you are using a mobile phone to browse this page, please refer to the following steps:

Step (2A): Please click the menu at the top right corner.

Step (2B): Click "User Profile" and then go to the next step.

Step (3): Please click "Edit User Profile" at the top right corner.

Step (4): You can change your "Email Address", "Mobile Phone No.", "Main Communication Channel" and "Language Setting" on this page.
Step (5): After changing your profile information, please click "Save".

  • If you have (i) changed your mobile phone number and email address or (ii) changed your mobile phone number only, please go to step (6);
  • If you have changed your email address only, please go to step (7).

Step (6): Input a six-digit one-time password (OTP) received by your new mobile phone number for verification, then click “Submit”.

  • If you have also changed your email address, please go to step (7);
  • If you have changed your mobile phone number only, please go to step (8).

Step (7): Input a six-digit OTP received via your new email address for verification, then click "Submit".

Step (8): A message "Which scheme(s) in the below list would you like to apply this change to?" will be displayed. Please tick the checkbox(es) next to the applicable scheme(s).
Step (9): Please click "Apply".

You will be redirected back to "My User Profile", please check whether the relevant information has been updated. Your old mobile phone number and/or email address will receive a message via SMS and/or email notifying you of the relevant update(s).
