Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)

FASP covers full-time locally-accredited, self-financing post-secondary education programmes at the levels of associate degree, higher diploma and bachelor’s degree.

Financial assistance is provided in the form of grant and/or loan. The grant is to cover tuition fees and academic expenses, whereas the loan is to cover students’ living expenses.

Eligible applicants who reside in student hostels would be provided with hostel subsidy, whereas eligible applicants with special educational needs would be provided with additional academic expenses grant.

Applicants shall submit the application form online. Declaration and supporting documents can also be submitted in a speedy and convenient manner online.
