The Office of the Continuing Education Fund (“OCEF”) has further streamlined the application process for the Continuing Education Fund. Applicants are only required to submit the completed application form [SFO 313 (2024)] and supporting documents to the OCEF. The OCEF will verify the applicant’s eligibility with the corresponding institution / course provider after receiving the application. Applicants who complete and submit online application and supporting documents through “GovHK” online platform with digital signing using “iAM Smart+” are not required to submit the printed application form to the OCEF.
