Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
(1) Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent; or (2) Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent; or (3) Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above with at least two years' relevant working experience, can be admitted.

Course Outline / 課程大綱:
(1) Professional Film Making Workshop (45 hours) (a) Identification of workflow and professional knowledge (5 hours) (b) Identification and operation of professional camera, lighting and audio equipment (35 hours) (c) Plan and apply video shooting technology to create short film (5 hours) (2) Film Editing and Color Grading (45 hours) (a) Understanding of film language and post production workflow (5 hours) (b) Application of computer software to complete editing (20 hours) (c) Video picture quality analysis and critics (5 hours) (d) Color grading and management of video clips (15 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) A recognized relevant honours degree or equivalent professional qualifications; AND (2) At least 3 years relevant working experience.

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: [Continuous Assessment: CA; End-of-Module Assessment: EA] (1) Professional Film Making Workshop (CA: 40%; EA: 60%. Criteria: 1/2: Scene Replica Assignment (40%) 2/2: Short Film Assignment (60%)) (2) Film Editing and Color Grading (CA: 40%; EA: 60%. Criteria: 1/2: Analysis on Film Editing (40%) 2/2: Film editing and grading (individual project/report) (60%)) (B) Completion Requirements: (1) Passing mark of 50% or above for each module (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Satisfy the minimum attendance requirement of 70% for each module (2) Passing mark of 50% or above for each module
