Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
Applicants shall be aged at least 18 years or above, and do not have any health problems that made them unfit for wine tasting.

Course Outline / 課程大綱:
(1) Introduction of Italian wine and grape varieties (3 hours) (2) Vine growing & wine making in Italy (3 hours) (3) Wine in North West Italy (3 hours) (4) Sparkling wine and Wine in North East Italy (3 hours) (5) Wine in North East Italy (3 hours) (6) Wine in Emilia Romagna & Tuscany in Italy (3 hours) (7) Wine in Tuscany in Italy (3 hours) (8) Wine in Tuscany & Central Italy (3 hours) (9) Wine in South Italy (3 hours) (10) Wine in Italian Islands: Sicily and Sardinia (3 hours) (11) Food and Wine pairing practice (2 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
(1) have relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g Airline, Aviation, Tourism, Hospitality, Luxury Management, Lounge & Club Management, Service Management), (2) preferably with 3 years teaching/ coaching experience and relevant industry experience. (3) Good communication skills and the ability to motivate students are definite advantages.

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) Examination: 100% (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Overall passing mark: 50%; (2) Overall attendance requirement: at least 70%
