Entry Requirements / 入學要求:
Applicants shall not have any health conditions that made them unfit for coffee tasting.

Course Outline / 課程大綱:
(1) Coffee beans (3 hours) (2) Workspace management and workflow (2 hours) (3) Espresso process: Grind, Dose, Tamp (4 hours) (4) Extraction and brewing (4 hours) (5) Sensory (4 hours) (6) Milk (3 hours) (7) Espresso based menu (4 hours) (8) Cleaning, health and safety (2 hours) (9) Water quality (3 hours) (10) Customer service and café management (1 hours)

Instructors' Qualifications / 導師資歷:
Candidates should (1) be SCA authorized trainer (2) preferably with 3 years teaching/ coaching experience and relevant industry experience.

Assessment / 課程評核要求:
(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (a) Test 1 (40%) (b) Test 2 (60%) (B) Completion Requirements and CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Students have to obtain ‘Pass’ on all assessment components (Test 1 with 60% or above, Test 2 with 70% or above) and (2) attain 70% attendance for completion
