Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) for the 2025/26 academic year will be open for application starting from 6 May 2025.
Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT) for the 2025/26 academic year will be open for application starting from 15 April 2025.
The administrative fee chargeable for each application and each loan account in every academic year under the three non-means-tested loan schemes will be adjusted to HK$248 with effect from the 2025/26 academic year.
Adjustment of Non-means-tested Loan Schemes(NLS) Interest Rate
The interest rate of the Non-means-tested Loan Schemes has been adjusted from 1.92% to 1.795% per annum with effect from 1 January 2025.
