Users of Financial Assistance Schemes for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Levels

(Only applicable to the existing e-services users)
During account creation*, you will be redirected to the "Identity Verification" page. This page will list out all your past e-service(s). You can log in to the past e-service account(s) through the hyperlink(s) provided on this page to verify your identity and link up the relevant account.

Step (1): For users of the financial assistance schemes for pre-primary, primary and secondary levels, please click the green button for "SFO E-link – My Applications (Financial Assistance Schemes for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Levels)" on the “Identity Verification” page. Then, you will be redirected to the “Pre-filled E-Form” page for one-off identity verification.

Step (2): Please enter the access code*.
Step (3): Please enter the date of birth of the student-applicant or any one of unmarried child residing with the family.
Step (4): Click “Login”.
*If you forgot or lost your access code, you can go to “Request for Resetting the Access Code” page by clicking the hyperlink in the second bullet of “Points to Note” in the "Pre-filled E-Form". After entering the relevant information, we will send you the new access code in 15 minutes via email or 5 working days via mail.

Step (5): After completing the identity verification, please click "Proceed".

You will be redirected back to the “eWFSFAA” for setting username and password to create “eWFSFAA” account*.
*If necessary, please refer to the online demonstration of “Other Users - Steps (10) to (24)” to learn how to complete the remaining procedures for creating a new account.

If you are unable to verify your identity through the “Pre-filled E-Form” page, you can click ‘Return “eWFSFAA”’ to return to the “Identity Verification” page. If there is more than one e-service on the “Identity Verification” page, you can select other e-service for identity verification; or
You can choose to click ‘Use "eWFSFAA" directly’ to skip the identity verification process and continue to create an “eWFSFAA” account*. However, the existing account information cannot be linked up to your “eWFSFAA” account. Some functions in the “eWFSFAA” (such as the "pre-filled form") will not be available for use.
